The FRITZ!App WLAN allows users to monitor their wireless network and easily connect their Android smartphone or tablet to their FRITZ!Box or any other WLAN router. Additionally, the app provides useful information about the existing wireless connection. A graphical diagram in the app offers transparency regarding the channel assignments of devices in the wireless LAN environment.
It's important to note that since August 2018, Google's technical guidelines require Android apps to have location rights enabled in order to display information about the wireless environment. Please be aware that AVM has no control over these Android guidelines.
We would like to express our gratitude for all the positive feedback and five-star ratings we have received. Your support has been overwhelming and highly motivating!
Regarding the WiFi throughput test, it's worth mentioning that the performance and hardware of your Android device can affect the results. During the test, your wireless LAN may experience some slowdown.
